Obama Polls - $2.3 million. That was the booty acquired by President Obama’s fundraising efforts yesterday in New York City at the Ritz Carton- Battery Park. However, despite such an impressive showing by the Obama Camp, public opinion Obama polls in New York reached an all time low today. After having won the Empire state with 63 percent of the vote in the last presidential election, only 45 percent of New Yorkers in a New Quinnipiac poll approved of the job. This is a huge shift in the New York Obama polls of approval taken in June, in which respondents gave him an approval of 57 percent. With the recent debt crisis playing a role in this public opinion dip, the President certainly has plenty of time and money to amend these latest figures. How Obama polls this fall is the real million dollar question.
